    What does the protection cover? 

    The accident protection covers any accidental damage to your product that would potentially inhibit you from wearing it, including but not limited to the following:

    • Cracked or scratched glass
    • Broken clasp
    • Fogging in crystal
    • Water damage
    • Scratches to case 
    • Discoloration to band or watch
    • Movement or battery replacement
    • Scratched Lenses
    • Malfunctioned Springs
    • Broken Acetate

     

    How do I file a claim?

    • Most claims are reviewed and approved within 2-3 business days.

    Is my replacement product also covered by the protection? 

    No, your replacement product is not covered. The accident protection exists for the specific product it was purchased with. When you are shipped a replacement (or we fix your product), we will offer you the ability to purchase a new accident protection for the new product.  

     

    What if I buy multiple products? Can I buy the accident protection for only 1?

    The accident protection covers all of the eligible products (watches and eyewear) in your purchase. At this time, we aren’t able to offer selective plans within 1 order. If you would like to only cover one of the eligible products in an order you can either place separate orders or contact our team to find another solution.

     

    Does my accident protection cover all products?

    No, we currently offer our accident protection for only our watches and eyewear (accessories are excluded). The accident protection is also currently unavailable for our Marble Automatic collection.

     

    When does my coverage start?

    Coverage starts on the purchase date and lasts for 2 years.

    What is the difference between your warranty and the accident protection? 

    The protection covers your watch for any manufacturers defects. The warranty protection covers you from accidental damage you may incur yourself through natural wear. 

    Essentially, the protection protects you from accidental defects caused by us. The accident protection protects you from accidental damage caused by you.
