Warranty Terms 

Each Vincero watch, pendant, chain, bracelet, and ring purchased on or after January 1, 2024, from Vincero's official website is covered by the Guaranteed For Life Program. The program covers defects in materials and workmanship, damage from normal wear and tear, and accidental damage in some instances. This Guaranteed For Life Program applies in addition to, and does not affect, any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Processing fees apply to approved paid replacements as outlined below and are subject to change at Vincero's discretion. The fee in effect at the time you submit your claim will apply regardless of when you purchased your item.

Depending on the product and reason for the warranty claim, warranty customers may be given the choice between receiving repair parts or a full replacement item.

Warranty coverage and limits by product

Replacement Terms

Each originally purchased watch or jewelry item is eligible for up to two paid full-product replacements in total, shared across all claim types. Receiving a replacement does not reset this allowance. Free replacements for covered manufacturing defects do not count toward this limit.

Manufacturing-defect coverage concerns faults in materials or workmanship. Accidental damage, misuse, and genuine normal wear are outside that coverage. We assess the cause of the issue when reviewing a claim. Replacement assistance for accidental damage or normal wear is subject to approval and availability; we confirm eligibility and any fee before proceeding.

Replacement processing fees

These fees apply to approved paid full-product replacements for watches and jewelry. Covered manufacturing-defect replacements during the free coverage period remain free. All amounts below are in U.S. dollars.

United States

How the price tier is determined: Original MSRP means the individual product’s full manufacturer’s suggested retail price at the time of the original purchase, before any discounts or promotions. The fee is based on that MSRP, not the discounted amount paid or the total order value.

International

Applies to all replacement destinations outside the United States.

Product Terms

The terms below explain the types of issues covered. An issue excluded from manufacturing-defect coverage may still qualify for separately offered replacement assistance.

Watches

Covered defects: Faults in materials or workmanship that affect the watch’s intended function, including covered failures of the movement, hands, crown, and bezel.

Outside defect coverage: Normal battery depletion, cosmetic damage from use, ordinary strap wear, and damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized repairs or modifications. Water-damage claims are assessed against the product’s stated water-resistance guidance and the cause of the failure.

A crystal broken by impact or a leather strap deteriorated through normal wear may qualify for fee-based replacement assistance. Lost, stolen, or discarded watches are excluded from the commercial replacement program.

Jewelry

Covered defects: Faults in materials or workmanship, including covered failures of clasps, jump rings, and chains.

Outside defect coverage: Cosmetic changes from ordinary wear, including scratches and finish fading, and damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized repairs or modifications. We assess premature finish or component failures to determine their cause.

A chain torn by pulling or snagging may qualify for fee-based replacement assistance. Lost, stolen, or discarded jewelry is excluded from the commercial replacement program.

Eyewear

Day One Accident Protection: Eligible frames purchased directly from vincerocollective.com after July 17, 2023 are covered for broken frames, including accidental breakage. Approved accident replacements carry the shipping and fulfillment fee shown below. We may require the broken pair to be returned.

Program limits: One replacement per eligible purchase; a new purchase is required to re-enter the program. Prescription eyewear and purchases through other channels are excluded. The program also excludes abuse, improper use or storage, and unauthorized modifications or repairs.

Carry & Accessories

Covered defects: Faults in materials or workmanship affecting eligible bags, wallets, watch straps, cases, and other Vincero accessories. Examples include defective handles, interior pockets, luggage straps, and other applicable components.

Outside defect coverage: Normal wear, cosmetic damage from use, accidental rips or tears, misuse, improper storage, unauthorized modifications or repairs, and damage from external events. Lost, stolen, or discarded items are excluded. Airline-caused baggage damage should be reported to the airline.

Coverage and replacement limit: Eligible Carry & Accessories purchased directly from vincerocollective.com qualify for replacement assistance for as long as you own the item, subject to the covered defects and exclusions above. Each originally purchased item is eligible for one approved paid full-product replacement. Receiving a replacement does not reset this allowance.

Accessory shipping and fulfillment fees

Fees are subject to the protections explained in Your Legal Rights below.

How To Make A Claim:

To start a warranty claim, please email us at support@vincerocollective.com and send over your order number or other proof of purchase, along with a photo of the potential warranty issue. Original proof of purchase is required. 

Gift Warranty:

Gifts are also 100% covered under our Warranty Policy! Please follow the same process and provide the gifter's full name when reaching out to our service team. 

Vincero's Right To Deny Claims

We reserve the right to deny any Guaranteed For Life claim. This may happen if we believe the claim to be fraudulent, if the item was purchased before the implementation of our Warranty, or if the product was purchased from an unauthorized seller such as, but not limited to, Facebook Marketplace and eBay.

Our Guaranteed For Life Program was introduced on January 1, 2024. Products purchased before that date are not automatically eligible for this program. Any applicable warranty commitments made at the time of purchase, along with your rights under consumer law, remain unaffected.

Please note that if your Vincero product is eligible for a replacement, then your replacement will be the same color and material as your purchased product. If your product is no longer in stock, your replacement will be of a similar material and color. If no comparable replacement is available, we will work to find a suitable substitute of equal value.

What This Guarantee Does Not Cover

The Guaranteed for Life Program does not cover the following, except where expressly included in the product-specific terms above:

• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized listings on Facebook Marketplace or eBay.

• Lost, stolen, or discarded products.

• Ordinary cosmetic wear from use that does not affect functionality, including surface scratches, dents, fading, or discoloration.

• Damage caused by abuse, misuse, or improper storage.

• Damage caused by unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or repairs.

• For Carry & Accessories, damage caused by vandalism, fire, flood, or other external events, including airline handling damage to bags.

• Additional paid full-product replacements after the applicable replacement limit has been reached.

• Fraudulent claims or claims based on materially false information.

These exclusions are subject to the protections explained in Your Legal Rights below.

Legal Terms and Limitations

Remedy Limitation: Vincero's sole obligation under this warranty is to replace defective products at Vincero's discretion. This warranty is your exclusive remedy for product defects.

Liability Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vincero disclaims liability for damages arising from misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow instructions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vincero and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from: misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modification of the product; improper use, storage, or disposal; failure to follow safety or care instructions; or loss or theft of property. Vincero's total liability for any claims related to the Covered Item shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. Nothing in this document excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for personal injury caused by a manufacturing defect.
