Product Terms 

Watches:

Vincero warrants that all Watches are free from manufacturing defects and are functional as intended for the life of the product. Your Warranty will include Replacement Parts in the event of failure or loss of the pins, clasps, bezels, hands, and/or crown.

This warranty does not cover lost, stolen, or disposed of watches, dead batteries, cosmetic damage, damage caused by normal wear and tear, abuse, neglect, shock, or water, improper use or storage of the product, or unauthorized modifications or repairs.

Jewelry:

Vincero warrants that all Jewelry Pieces are free from manufacturing defects and are functional as intended for the life of the product. Your Lifetime Warranty will include Replacement Parts in the event of failure of clasps, jump rings, chains, and more.

This warranty does not cover lost, stolen, or disposed of jewelry; cosmetic damage including color fading; damage caused by accident; abuse, neglect, shock, improper use, or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications; or repairs. 

Eyewear

Every pair of Vincero Frames comes with Day One Accident Protection. Any pair of eyewear that is purchased on our vincerocollectice.com site after July 17th, 2023 is automatically covered by this program. The program covers any broken frame no matter how they broke. In some cases, we will need to receive the broken pair to issue a new pair.

Proof of purchase may be required for a lost or stolen replacement to be initiated. The Day One Accident Protection program does not cover abuse, improper use or storage of the product, unauthorized modifications, or repairs. After receiving a replacement, a new purchase will be required to re-enter the Day One Accident Protection program.

All Day One Accident replacements will be charged a shipping and fulfillment fee, as outlined below:

USA: $19.99

CA, AU, UK: $24.99

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES: $29.99

Not Covered:

Our program does not cover any prescription eyewear, lost items, or any items purchased by resellers or via channels other than on our website vincerocollective.com.

Bags

Vincero warrants all Travel products, including the Commuter Backpack against any defects in materials or workmanship for the life of the product.

Your Lifetime Warranty will include replacement parts in the event of failure or loss of the handle, interior clasps, interior pockets, luggage strap, water bottle holder, wheels, zippers, and/or zipper pull. Features vary by product and are only covered by products with applicable features.

This warranty does not cover lost, stolen, or disposed of products; cosmetic damage; damage caused by accident; abuse, neglect, shock, improper use, or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications, repairs, vandalism, fire, flood, and/or normal wear and tear.

If your bags have been damaged by the airline - please file a claim with the airline, as they are responsible for this damage. 

Accessories

Vincero warrants that all Vincero Accessories are free from manufacturing defects and are functional as intended for the life of the product. Your Lifetime Warranty will include Replacement Parts in the event of failure.

Vincero Accessories include but are not limited to: Wallets, Apple Straps, Watch Straps, Whiskey Glasses, Collectors Cases, Travel Cases, Stone Paper Notebooks.

This warranty does not cover lost, stolen, or disposed of Accessories; cosmetic damage, damage caused by accident, rips or tears, abuse, neglect, shock, water, improper use or storage of the product, or unauthorized modifications or repairs.

 

Warranty Policy Terms

How To Make A Claim:

To start a warranty claim, please email us at support@vincerocollective.com and send over your order number or other proof of purchase, along with a photo of the potential warranty issue. Original proof of purchase is required. 

Gift Warranty:

Gifts are also 100% covered under our Warranty Policy! Please follow the same process and provide the gifter's full name when reaching out to our service team. 

Warranty Disclaimer:

We reserve the right to deny any Warranty Claim. This may happen if we believe the claim to be fraudulent if the item was purchased before the implementation of our Lifetime Warranty, or if the product was purchased from an unauthorized seller such as, but not limited to, Facebook Marketplace and eBay.

This Warranty does not include service to items in the claim.

Many products predate our lifetime warranty (01/01/2024) and are not eligible for replacement.

Please note that if your Vincero product is eligible for a replacement, then your replacement will be the same color and material as your purchased product. If your product is no longer in stock, your replacement will be of a similar material and color. If no comparable replacement is available, we will work to find a suitable substitute of equal value.

Warranty FAQ’s

What is not covered under warranty?

For our Watches, lost, stolen, or disposed of watches, scratches, dents, chips, and/or scrapes on the case; cosmetic damage that does not affect the product's functionality; normal wear and tear on leather and nylon straps; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, and improper use or storage of the product. In addition, unauthorized modifications or repairs are not covered under the Warranty.

For all other Vincero Products, the warranty does not cover lost, stolen, or disposed of products; cosmetic damage that does not affect the product's functionality; damage caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or storage of the product, or unauthorized modifications or repairs.

Products purchased from an unauthorized seller include but are not limited to, Facebook Marketplace and eBay.

This Warranty does not include service to items in the claim.

*Please note that if your Vincero product is eligible for a replacement, then your replacement will be the same color and material as your purchased product. If your product is no longer in stock, your replacement will be of a similar material and color. If no comparable replacement is available, we will work to find a suitable substitute of equal value.

Do I need to register an item to activate the Warranty?

As our Lifetime Warranty is automatic with each purchase, no registration is needed to activate the Warranty. However, we recommend keeping your order information for your records to help speed up the processing of your claim.


LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary from state to state. In no event shall Vincero or any of its third party suppliers be liable for consequential, incidental, special, indirect or direct damages unless this warranty agreement is inconsistent with the local law. If this warranty agreement is inconsistent with local law, the warranty shall be deemed modified to be consistent with the local law. In the event of legal action, all claims or disputes under this warranty agreement shall be contested in the courts of the State of California.
