Return & Exchange Policy | Vincero Collective
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 365 days. Please note that items returned within 365 days can be refunded to the original payment source (minus shipping costs).
Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from the Vincero website. Returned items must be received in new, unused, and resellable condition. The original packaging and any protective coverings and product information must still be on the product and in the packaging. Any product returned without its original packaging will be deemed non-returnable, as the product is not resellable. This includes sunglasses returned without their original case and jewelry not returned with all of their original packaging.
Shipping & restocking costs for returns are $12.99 and are non-refundable.
Returns that are soiled, damaged or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. This includes watches that have been resized.
If you are returning an item for exchange, our team will need to confirm the item you would like to receive instead. As soon as your returned package is processed, we will reach out with details regarding the exchange.
Additional Returns Information
- Any customized or engraved items are not eligible for return. Since they are custom-made products, all sales are final.
- Returns must be unused and in the condition you received them. This includes watches
- Upon receipt of the return, we will issue your approved refund via the original method of payment. We cannot change payment methods to redirect refunds to other accounts.
- Please make sure to remove all non-Vincero items from your return as Vincero will not be responsible for returning these to you and they will be disposed of.
- If you are processing a full item return, any free promotional items will need to be sent back with the other product(s). Otherwise you will only receive the refund minus the cost of the promotional items at full price.
- We require that you retain a copy of your drop-off receipt for your records. If we can verify the order was dropped off with a receipt and the order is lost with USPS, we will take responsibility and honor the Return/Exchange.
Items On Sale (Last Call)
All sale items on the surplus page are final sale. We will not be accepting returns or exchanges for these items. Surplus products still come with our lifetime manufacturer’s warranty. If you have any questions, please reach out to support@vincerocollective.com.

Once we receive your returned item we aim to process it straight away although this may take up to seven days. Refunds will take up to 10 business days to clear, but may take longer to appear on bank or credit card statements.
Wrong, Damaged OR Defective
If there is an issue with the product itself due to defects in materials or craftsmanship please contact support@vincerocollective.com right away so we may replace it for you.
Items that require repair may take up to four weeks to process, but are usually much quicker.
