Most importantly, it’s powered by the renowned VK64 Mecha Quartz from Seiko. With this so-called “hybrid movement”, the timekeeping functions are controlled by a quartz movement while the stop-watch functions of the chronograph are recorded by a mechanical module.The result is a timepiece that combines the accuracy of quartz with the distinct look and feel of a mechanical chronograph.
