Before launching Vincero, we spent years cultivating relationships with world-class factories, learning the ins and outs of the industry. In our experience, it’s essential to get to know those who make our products, because our factories are not just contractors, they are an extension of our brand. We spent years getting to know them before ever making a single Vincero product. Today, we’re happy to say our factories employ hundreds of individuals around the world and have been in business for more than 70 years.
DIRECT FROM THE SOURCE
We source our own materials from manufacturers that have been in business for decades and are highly specialized in what they produce. This means, we don’t just work with one factory, but rather we source each individual material, like our glass, steel and leather, from those who know it best. It’s not the most convenient, or least expensive, but it gives us complete control in knowing what our products are made of.
SMALL BATCH PRODUCTION
We manufacture in small batches and hand-check every watch that comes off our line. Small batch production allows us to be meticulous with quality control, more flexible and more responsive to customer feedback. It gives us the ability to focus on each individual watch and make substantial improvements with every new design.
IN-HOUSE SERVICE & REPAIR
Your shopping experience should be simple and hassle-free, so we strive to make that a reality every day. Once you're in the Vincero family, we take care of you for life. That's why we do all service and repairs in-house here in San Diego, California, where there is a full-time team of experts waiting to help you out.
