We love this brand. A few years ago I ordered a watch for my husband for Christmas. He wears it almost every day - it is so sharp and looks/works great. Amazing Customer Service

I had 2 issues with my order that were both on my end. First, I ordered the wrong size band. Then when the new band came, my mailbox was broken into and the band was stolen. The staff at Vincero were amazing! They helped me both times quickly and with excellent communication. Its been many years since I had service as excellent as I had with this company. I unfortunately don't find the band that the watch came with very comfortable. However, the ease of switching out the band for this one made the purchase worth it. It made the watch go from one I'd wear every once in a while, to my new daily watch.
