I ordered the Boy Father’s Day watch, but arrived without the engraving. I had to send watch back to get it engraved. I continued to follow up to be sure I received it by Father’s Day. I was told my engraving was put on priority. But the watch did not arrive in time. I would have thought Vincero would have expedited the shipping due to their mistake. But no, it was sent back in the slowest form of shipment. I voiced my concern , only for it to fall on deaf ears. Each follow up response appeared to be stock answers, nothing genuine. Very disappointed.
I'm really enjoying my new girl dad watch. I've already received many compliments on it. Well done, guys.

Beautiful watch just doesn’t currently work which is the only reason I’m not giving 5 stars, so gonna take it to a jeweler tomorrow to see if it is the battery before contacting support.
Still this watch is absolutely gorgeous and My husband would never think to get this color, so I had to get it for him for Father’s Day. It’s beautiful and he absolutely loves it. Now anytime he goes out with the girls it’s the watch he will wear.
He even loves how it says father edition on it!

Grabbed the Pink fathers day edition as my first daughter was just born so was definitely a sign for me to grab another Vincero. This is my 4th watch now from them and haven't been disappointed yet and have not had to send any in for issues or repairs.

Received my new watch in a timely fashion and I just love the look for the watch. I believe it to be reasonably priced as well. I just wish it had a half link to make it fit my wrist a little bit better (it’s either too loose or too tight) and I also wish it came with the option to have a single close clasp rather than the dual clasp. Other than that these are a hit! Great buy.
