I received an order shipment notification on 07-14-2020 that my order had shipped, and the tracking number says the order was delivered on 07-20-2020. However, I did not receive the order, so I can't comment on the qualify of anything except Vincero charged my credit card, and I didn't receive anything! Any suggestions on what we do now? I would really like to have the items I ordered.
